1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the RV Surge™ website, platform, software, tools, and related services (“Services”), all operated under RV Surge™, a program of Local Lead Hub LLC.
By accessing or using rvsurge.com or any RV Surge™ Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The amount you paid to RV Surge™ for the specific Service giving rise to the claim,
whichever is greater.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations; in those cases, this limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Lead Hub LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your violation of any rights of a third party.
8. Trademarks
RV Surge™, Local Lead Hub™, MyHub 360™, and related logos and branding are trademarks of Local Lead Hub LLC.
You may not use these marks without written permission.
9. Information You Provide
You may not post or transmit content that is:
• Illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing;
• Violating intellectual property rights;
• Fraudulent or misleading;
• Malware, spam, or harmful code;
• In violation of privacy or publicity rights.
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and cooperate with law enforcement.
10. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
You agree not to:
• Compromise the security of the Services;

11. Payment Terms
By purchasing RV Surge™ Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Fees may be billed monthly, annually, or as stated at purchase.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failed or delinquent payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees unless you cancel according to your plan’s terms.
12. Platform & Software License
Your access to the RV Surge™ platform (including the underlying MyHub 360 technology) is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account;
• Circumvent platform limits, protections, or security systems.
Features and integrations may change at any time without notice.
13. Intellectual Property of User Content
You retain ownership of data you upload (“User Content”).
You grant us a license to use User Content solely to:
• Operate the platform;
• Provide Services;
• Maintain security and functionality;
• Comply with legal requirements.
You represent that you have the rights to all User Content you upload.
14. Testimonial & Earnings Disclaimers
Testimonials displayed on the website may not be typical and do not guarantee future results.
We do not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads,
• A specific income level,
• Business growth or success,
• Any outcome or result from the Services.
• Your results depend on your actions, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms or other harmful conduct.
Upon termination:
Your right to access Services ceases immediately;
Certain provisions (intellectual property, indemnification, payments, limitations) survive termination.
